The Anglo-Catholic Ordination Candidates Fund
The Fund was set up in 1927 as a result of an appeal launched by prominent Anglo-Catholic leaders of the time, to provide for the training of men who had an undoubted vocation to the priesthood, but who could not afford to pay for the training. ACOCF continues today to maintain the Catholic tradition of its founders.
According to its constitution the Fund exists:-
(a) to give grants to candidates to train for the ordained ministry of the Church of England and Churches in full communion therewith
(b) to assist Theological Colleges and Courses
(c) to support other institutions approved by the Committee
Candidates in the Anglo-Catholic tradition of the Church of England who have been accepted for training by a Bishop should contact the trust for an application form.
